Papermaking classes for a minimum of 3 people, $25.00 per person, offered by appointment for a 2 and a half hour class, from May thru September. Inquire about classes in ceramic sculpture (also available).
January - March, "Seeds, Culture and Diversity", an exhibit about seeds, the time capsules of life. Featuring art by Betty LaDuke, Donald Carufel, and Sophie Munns, with stories near and far about seeds. Curated and designed by Debra. Many Ways of Peace, 217 S. Main Street, Downtown Eagle River.
June 29 - July 2, "Community Puppet Making for Peace with Puppet Man Chris Lutter", Chris will be a visiting artist at Many Ways of Peace, 217 S. Main Street, Eagle River, and Debra will be assisting him in facilitating the creation of processional puppetry and masks out of reclaimed materials for the Many Ways of Peace Festival on Saturday July 9 in Eagle River. All are welcome to drop in or work with us everyday. TImes: Wednesday, 10 to noon, 2 to 4pm, Thursday, 10 to noon, 2 to 4pm, 6 to 8pm, Friday, 10am to noon, 2 to 4pm, and Saturday 10 am to noon.
July 29-31, Northwoods Summer Art Tour, 10 am to 5 pm daily, Circle of Life Studio and Summer Gallery. Work by artist friends: photographer Carol Miller, jewelry by Cherylyn Bredemann, paintings by Brad Davis, and guest artist, natural dye wearables by Judy Maloney.
October 7-9, Northwoods Fall Art Tour, 10 am to 5 pm daily, Circle of Life Studio.
I am taking a hiatus from art fairs this year, but you can see work at my studio or at Artistree Cooperative Gallery in Downtown Land O Lakes Wisconsin.
